I’ll give them credit where it’s due: I got exactly what I ordered, everything matched the receipt, and the packaging was totally fine. No issues with the actual order at all. But the confirmation email took way too long to come through, and I spent a whole day wondering if my order even went through, which was frustrating. In the end, everything showed up as expected, so it worked out, but that delay was annoying enough to keep it at 4 stars.

It works fine overall and was easy enough to use, easy enough. A few pages felt kind of confusing though, and I had to stop and figure out what to do next. Not bad, just a bit clunky in places.

I did like a bunch of the journal prompts, and some of them actually got me thinking deeper than I expected. But after using it for a bit, it started to feel kind of repetitive?? It’s nice if you need a little push to write or reflect, just probably not something I’d reach for every single day.

My order did arrive in one piece, so that part was okay. But the shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which made me start wondering if something had gone wrong. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the lack of updates definitely made me trust the process a little less.

I guess I have to admit the customer service was solid. Simple, quick, and no drama, so yeah, I’d probably order again

I wasn’t expecting the paper to feel this nice, but it’s thick, smooth, and definitely doesn’t come across as cheap. The print turned out really clean too, and the whole thing feels sturdy in a good way. I’m happy with it.
